New notification tool is now live! Archived

  • We are pleased to announce that the new ITS Notification Tool is now live!


    As mentioned yesterday, ITS has upgraded our notification tool. This is how notifications will appear in your inbox moving forward.


    Please note that the URL of the notification tool has changed to notify.its.queensu.ca. Please update any bookmarks you may have to reflect this change.


    Notifications can now include formatting such as:



    • Lists

    • Headings

    • Text formatting such as bold and italic text



    "We can now include blockquotes that will look like this to highlight important parts of the notification so that you can easily find the information that you are looking for."



    We can also include images in notifications, such as this adorable feline:
