• This is to inform you of an intermittent problem with the Cybersecurity Awareness course.
  
  User's progress in completing the Queen's specific modules are not updating, causing users to be unable to complete the course.
  
  ITS is working with the vendor (InfoSec Institute) to resolve the issue.
