Telephony Service Outage Update Archived No-RSS

Further technical efforts by ITS has led to resolution of the primary issues causing this telephony service disruption. As a result the planned outage for tomorrow morning will no longer be required. Some individual telephone lines may still be experiencing problems and are being addressed as they are identified. If you are still experiencing telephony problems at this time, please contact the IT Support Centre at x 36666.

As a result of recent electrical storms, telephony services have been interrupted at McNeill House, Leonard Hall, Brant House, Morris Hall, and Gordon-Brockington buildings. In order to resolve this problem, all Campus-wide Contact Centre Services as well as phone services at the Law Offices at 303 Bagot Street, will be offline during a system reboot between 6:30 am and 7:00 am 5 September 2019. If you experience telephone or contact Centre Service problems after this time, please call the IT Support Centre at x36666 or through the web portal https://www.queensu.ca/its/forms/itsc/helpform/
