Removal of ServiceNow General Request Form

As of 6 am on Thursday, February 25, the General Request form will no longer be available. This is to improve workflow for fulfilling uncatalogued requests.
Users will now be directed to browse or search the Service Catalog to find a request item that matches their service requirement.
If a user is unable to find a Service Request form relating to their request, they will be asked to submit an Incident form.
