Issues of connecting to the internet within residences have been resolved.

ITS is still receiving calls from users who are having trouble connecting to the campus wireless network and help is being provided as required.
Please contact the IT Support Centre if you are experiencing problems and have not reported it.

ITS is investigating a number of network issues being reported within Residences. When the source of the problem is determined, we will update this notification.
