Temporary mail disruption for on premises exchange usersArchived
There was an email disruption for on premises exchange users today, May 20th, 2016 from approximately 11:00am until 11:25am. A mailbox server experienced a critical issue causing both active and backup copies of users mailboxes to become unavailable. ITS resolved the issue and brought the mailbox database back online.
During this time on premises exchange users were unable to log into their mailbox. Users of Queen's Office 365 were not affected by this outage.
