If you are experiencing any issues logging into onQ or the MyQueensU Portal, clear your cache and try again.

If after clearing your cache the system still does not allow you to log in, please contact the IT Support Centre at ext. 36666 or https://www.queensu.ca/its/forms/itsc/helpform/.
