Office 365 Apps missing from app launcher Update Archived

Microsoft continues to deploy the fix for the issue. Some users may still be unable to view some app launcher tiles and may be unable to sign in to Skype IM (Instant Messaging) in Outlook on the web.

*Update*

Microsoft is currently restoring service to affected users. Affected users include those unable to view some app launcher tiles from Outlook on the web (commonly referred to as Office 365). Affected tiles for Queen's include OneDrive for Business and Office Online. The restoration process may take several hours to complete and this notification will be updated when completed.
