Uploading new content is still not possible. We expect this issue to be resolved by tomorrow afternoon. In the meantime, please do not attempt to upload new content.

The Streaming Service upgrade has taken longer than anticipated and the service remains unavailable.
ITS is working with the vendor on restoration of the service.

The streaming service will be upgraded to the latest version on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 between 6:00AM and 3:00PM. Please refrain from logging in to or making changes in stream.queensu.ca during this timeframe.
The upgrade is being performed in a manner that should minimize the downtime of videos already on the streaming server, but there will be some disruptions to playback throughout the timeframe. If you are unable to view a video, please try viewing it again a few minutes later.
New lecture captures made during the timeframe will not be affected and will be uploaded after the upgrade is completed.
