The NetID Profile Manager (IDM) will be unavailable May 4, 2017, between 0600 - 0700 while ITS staff perform maintenance on the software.
Services that will be unavailable during the outage include:
- password resets
- activating a NetID
- email alias claim
- updates to security questions.
