Apple Mail app not Updating Inbox with Office 365 Archived
ITS has received reports that some Apple Mail users are unable to view new messages.

We are working with Microsoft as this problem is not limited to Queen's University. Until Microsoft provides a resolution, users can view email in the Office 365 interface as accessed through the Queen's homepage or by configuring and using Outlook 2016.

This notification will be updated when more information is available.
