We have now heard from Desire2Learn (D2L) that this is not unique to Queen's (onQ) but is a D2L infrastructure event affecting our Queen's environment.

ITS will update this notification as further information becomes available.

If you are in onQ and seeing the behind the scenes code rather than the screen you were expecting to see, refresh your page - this should bring the correct view back. ITS has contacted D2L about this issue and will update this ticket once the issue is resolved.
