We are pleased to announce that the new ITS Notification Tool is now live!

As mentioned yesterday, ITS has upgraded our notification tool. This is how notifications will appear in your inbox moving forward.

Notifications can now include formatting such as:

• Lists


• Headings


• Text formatting such as bold and italic text

"We can now include blockquotes that will look like this to highlight important parts of the notification so that you can easily find the information that you are looking for."

We can also include images in notifications, such as this adorable feline:

Please note that if you ever receive a notification and are unsure of its legitimacy, you can typically verify by visiting the ITS website and navigating to the "Notifications" callout box on the right-hand side of the page. However, there are rare circumstances where a notification may not be posted within this callout box.
