ITS staff will be performing upgrades within the Payment Card Industry network on Sunday Nov. 26 from 6am to 10am. As each network switch is upgraded, the ability to take PIN Pad payments, or to access other PCI functions and applications processed through that switch, will be interrupted. This will result in intermittent PCI outages on a switch-by-switch basis throughout the maintenance window. The switch outages will be scheduled in such a way as to be the least disruptive to the business units as possible.
