The Information Technology Services department will be closed on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm for a departmental meeting. ITS staff will generally be unavailable during this time.

Please note that during the closure:

1. Systems will continue to be monitored and outages will be addressed by ITS staff. Notifications will be posted on the ITS Notification Page (https://notify.its.queensu.ca/)

2. The Emergency Classroom Support Line (x36744) will continue to be monitored for exam based issues

3. Users can submit issues via the Online Help Form (queensu.ca/its/helpform)

Any tickets submitted to the IT Support Centre during the closure will be processed Friday morning at 8 am.
