  • iTrack has successfully been restarted.

    Previous Description (July 16, 2019 13:40):

    ITS will be implementing an emergency restart of iTrack to address poor performance within the application. The restart will take place at 1:50 pm and is expected to take 3 - 5 minutes. Agents and customers will be unable to access iTrack during the restart. Help Form submissions will result in an error.

    This notification will be updated following the restart.
