Scan to Email Messages are Delayed Update Archived

    Previous Description (March 19, 2025 14:56):

    IT Services is aware of an email issue that is most noticeable to those who Scan to Email. Some messages are not being delivered and an error indicating the message is undeliverable may be reported. The issue is affecting Scan to Email functionality for on-campus printers and is affecting other applications that send email through mail.queensu.ca and mailgw.queensu.ca. Microsoft 365 e-mail which is sent through Exchange Online is unaffected. We are working with the vendor to rectify the issue. This notification will be updated when the issue has been resolved.
