On Saturday, November 8th, 2025 from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM, the IT Services and Research Support Services service management system (ServiceNow) will be intermittently available as the system undergoes a scheduled upgrade. Users may experience degraded service while submitting help or request forms. The platform will be upgraded to the current supported release. The upgrade is anticipated to take no more than 3 hours.

If you experience issues with the service request system after the upgrade is complete, please contact the IT Support Centre by filling out an Online Help Form or by calling (613) 533-6666 during regular business hours.

November 3, 2025 10:18 - Adobe Sign update (missing documents) View

Following the recent Adobe Sign update, we have received reports from several users about missing documents in their accounts. Adobe has been notified of this issue and is actively investigating.
In the meantime, we have found a workaround :
When signing in to Adobe Sign, use your NETID email and select "PERSONAL ACCOUNT" instead of "Company or School". This should allow you to access all your previous documents. If you encounter an "incorrect password" message, please reset your password and then sign in again using "Personal Account".
