On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM, the Queen's identity and password management system will undergo scheduled maintenance.
During this time:
- Password changes made through the Microsoft 365 My Account portal will be unavailable.
- New account activations may experience delays, which could temporarily affect logon access.
We recommend completing any required password changes or account activations before or after the maintenance window.

The Remote Desktop Gateway Service (qdg.queensu.ca) — used to securely access internal systems via remote desktop — will be unavailable from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 due to planned maintenance.
During this window, remote desktop connections that rely on the Gateway may fail.
