The following services will be unavailable between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm:

• EServices
• Financial Reporting (FAST)
• Advancement (AdvanceWeb)

The following services will be unavailable between 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm:

• PeopleSoft Student (SOLUS/SASELF)
• PeopleSoft Student Admin (CSPRD)
• PeopleSoft HR (including Contract Hire System)
• PeopleSoft Finance

Further communication will follow as the system maintenance date approaches.

January 22, 2026 11:47 - Upcoming Telephony System Maintenance - CloudPBX View

The CloudPBX Telephony software will be updated from 11:00 PM on Saturday, January 24, 2026, to 3:00 AM on Sunday, January 25, 2026.

During this scheduled maintenance window, CloudPBX telephone numbers — including Queen’s main automated attendant (+1 613-533-6000) and other CloudPBX lines — may be temporarily unavailable or experience brief interruptions.

Microsoft Teams telephony will not be impacted.
