Updates are taking longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Netid.queensu.ca is unavailable until the updates complete. Notification will be sent out when once service resumes.
A system update for the NetID.queensu.ca service will be performed tomorrow morning during the service window (5am-7:30am).
Services not available during this time are:
- NetID activation
- password change
- challenge question updates
- alternative email address updates
- NetID account creation
- NetID administration
NetID authentication for other services will not be affected.
