Slow performance on wireless network 7 Apr Archived

  • ITServices is continuing to receive reports of poor and slow network performance from people connecting to the queensu wireless network.

    Reports are most common during network peak use times from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Reports have been less frequent for the QueensSecure_WPA2 and eduroam networks.

    ITService network team is investigating to identify the root cause.
