Details:
The Footprints service, which is used to track issues for many departments on campus will be upgraded Sunday, December 4, to a new version of the application and a faster server. The Footprints server will be down from 5 AM until approximately noon. The impact for users is that web forms that submit issues to Footprints will not work during the outage.
A notification update will be posted when Footprints service is restored.
