JES Email Delivery Delays August 22nd 14:30-17:00 Archived
IT Services staff identified that incoming email messages destined for student email accounts were delayed from 14:30 to 17:00.

This also caused an issue with my.queensu.ca since it displays email in a portlet view.

IT Services staff have now resolved the issue and email that was queued up will be delivered over the next couple of hours.
