Attachments send to Undergraduate Accounts received as winmail.dat Archived
A problem was reported today that attachments sent from Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students, to users on the JES mail system (undergrads) were being received as winmail.dat files.
This problem only affected students that access email via the web client at http://webmail.queensu.ca

The problem has now been resolved.
Any user on the JES mail system that received a winmail.dat file from a Queen's user, should contact the sender, requesting that the attachment be resent.
