PeopleSoft VPN file access currently unavailable Feb 29, 9:30AM Update Archived

  ITS staff will be applying a software patch to resolve the PeopleSoft file upload issues on vpn.queensu.ca.
  
  Patching will being at 1:00PM, the patching process should be complete within one hour.
  
  ITS staff do not anticipate an outage while applying this patch.

  ITS staff are investigating an issue with the vpn.queensu.ca firewall which provides file access to PeopleSoft.
  
  A known bug is preventing all file access to the File VPN profiles.
  
  ITS staff have opened a support case with the vendor and are working on a resolution.
