IDM - NetID Profile Manager Archived

  • Users may have encountered intermittent issues with the NetID Profile Manager this morning between 0630-0800. ITS believes the issue has been resolved. Services such as
    - password resets
    - activating a NetID
    - email alias claim
    - updates to security questions
    - admin-console access
    may have been affected.
