New files uploaded to the streaming service are not being processed correctly. ITS is working on a resolution.
All existing content on the service is unaffected and continues to be available as normal. If you have uploaded a file to the service recently, the file will still be processed once the issue is resolved.
Please refrain from uploading new content until the issue is resolved.
