IDM - Emergency Downtime Archived

  • The NetID Profile Manager (IDM) will be unavailable between
    1600 and 1610 today while ITS staff perform emergency
    maintenance on the software. Services such as
    - password resets
    - activating a NetID
    - email alias claim
    - updates to security questions
    will be unavailable during the outage.
