    The NetID Profile Manager (IDM) will be unavailable December 12, between 1200 - 1210 while ITS staff perform emergency maintenance on the software.

    Services that will be unavailable during the outage include:
    - password resets
    - activating a NetID
    - email alias claim
    - updates to security questions.
