Users may be unable to view and access their Office 365 apps, including OneDrive for Business, from the apps launcher in Office 365 (https://outlook.com/queensu.ca)
Microsoft is currently working towards a solution.
Users can access their OneDrive for Business library at: https://queensuca-my.sharepoint.com
