Residences Wireless Authentication issues April 15, 2019 Archived

  • Wireless users in residences may have experienced authentication issues due to a malfunctioning authentication server.

    Users that were experiencing issues connecting to the QueensuSecure_WPA2 network can now rejoin by trusting the new certificate.

    The first connection attempt may fail, you will need to connect a second time.

    If you are still experiencing issues connecting to the network, please contact the IT Support Centre.
