REMINDER: PeopleSoft Finance upgrade to begin Friday, February 10 Update Archived

  • This is a reminder that PeopleSoft Finance will conduct an upgrade beginning today at 12 pm and running until approximately 8 am on Tuesday, February 14.


    Details are included below.

    Previous Description (February 9, 2023 08:44):


    This email is a reminder that PeopleSoft Finance will be conducting an upgrade beginning tomorrow, Friday, February 10, 2023, at noon running until approximately 8 am on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.


    The following services will be unavailable during this time:



    • All environments within the Finance version of PeopleSoft

    • Expense Reimbursement System


    Services Affected:



    • FAST financial information will be available through the upgrade but will not be refreshed between **Friday, February 10** and Tuesday, February 14

    • acQuire – no process period (can submit, but transactions will be held in system) Friday, February 10th at noon until Tuesday, February 14 at 8 am.


    Services that will remain available include:



    • All environments within the STUDENT (Including SOLUS)

    • All HR environments

    • Further communication will follow as the upgrade date approaches


    Key Changes


    Following the upgrade, all user interfaces within PeopleSoft Finance will use the PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface. Please review the PeopleSoft Finance training material found on the systems training page of the Financial Services webpage to learn more about the Fluid Interface, adding tiles to your homepage, and the GL work centre.
