On Saturday, October 26th, 2024 from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, the IT Services service request system (ServiceNow) will be intermittently available as the system undergoes a scheduled upgrade. Users may experience degraded service while submitting help or request forms. The platform will be upgraded to the current supported release. The upgrade is anticipated to take no more than 2 hours.
