Microsoft has reported that a portion of their networking infrastructure entered an unhealthy state in Canada and the Northeast US, which prevented users located in this region, or users whose traffic was routed through this region, from accessing Microsoft 365 services as expected.
Anyone still experiencing problems should reach out to the IT Support Centre.
IT Services are currently investigating reports of multiple services being unreachable. The scope and cause is still under investigation and this notice will be updated as more information becomes available
