DNS Address Manager (IPAM) Unavailable Update Archived

  • The SSL certificate has been updated on IPAM and the service should now be fully functional. Please report any problems.

    IPAM is now back online, but using a self-signed SSL certificate.

    We are working to update this, but IPAM is now fully functional.

    IPAM continues to be unavailable while we wait for a solution from our vendor.

    Please contact Hosting and Platform Services for any IPAM services (DNS, DHCP).

    Previous Description (August 5, 2025 11:08):

    The web tool to manage Queen's DNS and IP addresses is currently unavailable. We are working with vendor support to fix an issue with the web interface.

    This will not affect Queen's DNS or campus IP assignments (DHCP). Further updates will be posted as we progress.
