Websites Being Blocked, Windows Security Message

IT Services are investigating reports of websites being blocked.
When blocked, a quick Windows Security notification appears with the following message.
"This content is blocked by your IT admin"
From a review of the sites being reported, the sites are safe, and the error is due to a false positive detection of the site.
If this is affecting you, try accessing the site or the service with Microsoft Edge as the problem is only being reported when using Chrome and Firefox.
This notification will be updated when more information becomes available.
