ITServices is currently investigating: A new software load appears to have introduced instability into the wireless network. We are working with Aruba Networks to impliment a short term fix.
Service Name: Wireless networks queensu, QueensuSecure_WPA2, eduroam
Description of Problem: Periodically at unpredictable times some wireless access points are disconnecting from the network and rebooting. The AP is out of service for two minutes while connection is reestablished.
Users Affected: Clients connected to the affected APs will lose their connection. Reauthentication may be required.
