Original Description:
A scheduled security patch update of the netid.queensu.ca service has resulted in problems in the front end user interface.

ITServices is working on resolution to the problem.
The service has been administratively disabled to prevent end users from experiencing problems or causing data issues.

Services Affected:
- online password change
- challenge questions update
- netid activation
