The QPay credit card payment service provided by ITS will be retired on March 31, 2010.

In January 2009 Queen's University Financial Services switched to Chase Paymentech as the provider for university credit card payment services. Chase Paymentech offers a service called Hosted Checkout that processes online payments, similar to QPay. Chase Paymentech also offers increased functionality, including taking payments with Interac Online. Information on how to switch from QPay to the Chase Paymentech service is available here:
