The login issues with webmail.queensu.ca have been resolved.

The scheduled outage will go ahead as initially planned. The maintenance is still needed to migrate to a new user directory service.

ITServices apologizes for the confusion this may have caused.

The webmail.queensu.ca service will be undergoing maintenance Thursday April 7th from 06:30 to 07:30.

During this time user's sessions may be interrupted requiring them to login again.
