Slow performance on wireless network 7 Apr Archived
ITServices is continuing to receive reports of poor and slow network performance from people connecting to the queensu wireless network.

Reports are most common during network peak use times from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Reports have been less frequent for the QueensSecure_WPA2 and eduroam networks.

ITService network team is investigating to identify the root cause.
