NetID profile manager unavailable Sunday April 17th Update Archived

The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable from
Sunday April 17 between 7am and 10am. The NetID
profile manager (IDM) is connected to the PeopleSoft Student
Administration system for the purposes of synchronizing
identity data. Since the PS student admin system is
undergoing extended maintenance this weekend it is prudent to
shutdown the NetID profile manager to prevent a large number
of system errors during the outage period.

During this time users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
