*SSO Update*

There will be a brief outage of QShare service at 7:00 AM Thursday, June 30 to enable Single Sign On functionality. Users working on QShare at that hour will be forced to re-establish their session.

*Update*

QShare service was restored at approximately 11 AM this morning (Sunday, June 26). The 7.2 upgrade was successful except for Single Sign On (SSO). Advanced Upload is working. Document content searches are enabled, although you will see partial results until the database is fully indexed, which may take several days.

Another update will be posted when QShare SSO is working.

The QShare secure file sharing service will be unavailable
Sunday, June 26, from 5 AM to 10 AM. This outage will update the application to the latest vendor's release, add enhanced search and upload capabilities, and enable SSO (Single Sign On).

An update notification will be sent Sunday morning after the
maintenance is completed.
