IT Services has confirmed that the physical link from the Internet Services Provider to Queen's equipment has failed.

The ISP has dispatched a technician to locate and resolve the failure.

A notification will be posted when the failed link has been repaired.

IT Services has identified an outage with the secondary Internet Service Provider. All Internet traffic is currently being routed through the main Internet link.

IT Services is investigating with the Internet Service Provider.
