NetID profile manager unavailable due to Peoplesoft maintenanceArchived
The NetID profile manager was unavailable during the standard maintenance window this morning. It will continue to be unavailable while the Peoplesoft system remains down.
The NetID profile manager (IDM) is connected to the PeopleSoft Student Administration system for the purposes of synchronizing identity data. Since the PS student admin system is undergoing extended maintenance it is prudent to shutdown the NetID profile manager to prevent a large number of system errors during the outage period.
During this outage period users will be unable to change/reset passwords, activate NetIDs or update identity profiles.
