Warning: New Spam Emails Circulating on Campus Archived
On Tuesday, ITServices notified users on campus that maintenance is being performed on our email servers this week. Since that time, many people on campus have received further email messages asking users to click on a link to verify their email account. THESE MESSAGES ARE NOT FROM QUEEN'S UNIVERSITY. They are spam emails intended to trick users into providing personal information.

Do not reply to any emails of this nature, and do not click any links contained within them or open any attached files. These actions have been known to infect computers with malicious software.

If you do mistakenly reply with your NetID password, change your password immediately using the ITServices password change tool, which can be found at: https://eservices.queensu.ca/apps/mynetid/
