*Update*

Email service has been restored.

A message with a large attachment was being resent constantly and filled up the mail queues. IT Services staff cleared the problematic message and restored service.

IT Services has found an issue with the Mail Transfer Agents. Email delivery and receiving is not currently happening.

IT Services staff is working to restore service.
