The Footprints upgrade is now complete. Issues submitted by Footprints web forms, such as the ITServices help form, are working again. Footprints agents have been notified directly.

The Footprints service upgrade has still not completed. Although it is much slower than predicted it seems to be proceeding normally. Our new estimate for service resumption is 8 PM.

The Footprints service upgrade is proceeding normally but much slower than expected. We're now predicting that service will be restored by 4 PM (was noon).

Details:
The Footprints service, which is used to track issues for many departments on campus will be upgraded Sunday, December 4, to a new version of the application and a faster server. The Footprints server will be down from 5 AM until approximately noon. The impact for users is that web forms that submit issues to Footprints will not work during the outage.

A notification update will be posted when Footprints service is restored.
