A brief interruption to email service is needed to clear a condition in webmail.queensu.ca. Some users are seeing a System I/O error message and are unable to see their email folders in the webmail application.

IT Services staff will be rebooting the Message Store application to clear this condition but this will cause a brief interruption to all @queensu.ca email access. Any messages in transit will be queued for later delivery.
