Wireless authentication servers have been patched and should be working properly.
Please contact the IT Support Centre if you have issues authenticating to the wireless services.

A known software bug has been found in the current version of the authentication server software.
ITServices staff are currently patching the authentication servers.
Authentications will fail intermittently until all systems are patched.

ITServices staff have identified some wireless authentication issues.
Authentication requests to the QueensuSecure_WPA2 and eduroam networks are failing intermittently.
Staff are investigating the cause of the issue with the vendor.
