Moodle Update: Fall and Fall/Winter Enrolments
Estimated resolution time – 11 p.m. tonight (Fri 4 Jan 2013)
Background
On December 25 a script was run out of PeopleSoft that had an incorrect date in the programming. As a result, many students in their first year at Queen's had their status changed. As this data propagated out to our systems, including Moodle, some students were removed from their courses.
No student assignments or marks were lost.
The initial problem has been resolved. It is taking significantly longer to update the information consumed by Moodle than we had anticipated.
